京东健康股份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(股票(piao)代(dai)碼(ma):“6618”)日前(qian)發(fa)布(bu)2022年(nian)年報(bao),截(jie)至(zhi)2022年12月31日,京东集(ji)團(tuan)創(chuang)始(shi)人(ren)刘强东控制京东健康68.98%股权。京东健康CEO金(jin)恩(en)林(lin)持(chi)股为0.02%。

2023年4月,據(ju)港(gang)交(jiao)所(suo)文(wen)件(jian)顯(xian)示(shi),刘强东減(jian)持880萬(wan)股京东健康的(de)股权,减持均(jun)價(jia)为57.6港元(yuan),以(yi)此(ci)計(ji)算(suan),刘强东此次(ci)套(tao)現(xian)5億(yi)港元。

刘强东對(dui)京东健康的控股权從(cong)68.98%降(jiang)至68.7%,仍(reng)为大股东。
