公诉机關(guan)指(zhi)控(kong):2022年9月2日23時(shi)50分許(xu),被告人肖某某酒后驾车与被害人谢某驾驶的二轮电动自行车发生碰(peng)撞,造成谢某受伤,肖某某驾车逃离现场,经鉴定,谢某所受伤为重伤二级。娄底市公安(an)局(ju)交警部門(men)认定,肖某某驾驶轿车在(zai)道路上发生交通事故后,未(wei)立(li)即(ji)停车、保(bao)护现场、及时搶(qiang)救(jiu)受伤人员,並(bing)未向(xiang)公安机关报案,反(fan)而(er)驾车逃离事故现场,属逃逸,應(ying)承(cheng)擔(dan)本(ben)次(ci)道路交通事故的全部責(ze)任(ren)。公诉机关认为,应当以(yi)交通肇事罪追究(jiu)肖某某的刑事责任。
